Training program
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Performing Bridges Training Program is a structured professional development initiative within the Erasmus+ framework.
It is designed for adult educators, youth workers, cultural professionals, and community practitioners working in diverse and socially complex environments.
The program approaches improvisation as a facilitation methodology — a practical tool for strengthening participation, inclusion, responsiveness, and group dynamics in educational and community settings.
Rather than focusing on artistic performance, the Training Program concentrates on transferable methods that can be applied in formal and non-formal education, youth work, and social contexts.

How the Online Sessions Work
and Why They Matter
Structure & Format
Each online session is carefully structured to balance theory, embodied practice, and reflection.
The 90-minute format includes:
- A short conceptual introduction
- Guided practical exercises (movement, voice, group dynamics)
- Small-group interaction or live participation
- Structured reflection and contextual discussion
- The sessions are not lecture-based.
They are interactive, practice-oriented, and designed to be immediately transferable into professional settings.
Even in an online format, we prioritise presence, participation,
and real engagement.
Professional Value & Impact
In rapidly changing educational environments, professionals are expected to respond to complexity - emotional overload, diversity, group tension, unpredictability.
Improvisation provides structured flexibility.
By participating, you will:
- Experience methods rather than just hear about them
- Strengthen your facilitation confidence
- Develop tools for inclusive participation
- Connect with professionals across Europe
- Contribute to the development of a shared methodological framework
This program is not about artistic performance.
It is about professional growth and applied competence.
